Our F&B Resident, Rollin’, brings in a guest chef, Ho Lee Fook’s Jowett Yu, to create a special roll for a week only. The executive chef of the renowned Hong Kong restaurant has transformed the Singaporean classic into a special grab-and-go Hainan Chicken Rice roll.
