An all-star – or to be accurate, 13 Michelin star – charity event, helmed by Chef @rekkebus, features local chefs and restaurants presenting their own spin on the classic Japanese ‘Onigiri’.
The collaborative pop-up is a charity fundraiser where 100% of proceeds will go towards local Hong Kong charities @feedinghk and @impacthkcharity.
There will be 5 featured onigiris on the rotating menu from July 20th to August 1st, so stay tuned to our Instagram Stories for the daily onigiri roundup. 🤤
