‘BOUNTIFUL’, a group show presented by Quiet Gallery, invites 16 artists to showcase their own interpretation of the themes of abundance and creativity through their work.
Inspired by the recognition that we live in a world of plenitude, the exhibition celebrates the richness of life and the different sources of stimuli that can be found around us. Bringing together artists from different countries who work across multiple disciplines, the artworks reflect the diverse and vibrant landscape of the contemporary art scene, taking the viewer on a journey of discovery.
Through paintings, ceramics and furniture installations, ‘BOUNTIFUL’ conveys a multitude of creative expressions with over 30 pieces on show. From the whimsical depictions by Kohei Ogawa to the graphic forms of LEEGET, from the atmospheric paintings of Amanda Visell to the furniture pieces of Hideyoshi Ohashi, each artist presents their own subjective point of view in response to this theme.
The exhibition will run in two phases, with some artists exhibiting different works throughout. Part 1 consists of 18 artworks, including paintings from Amanda Visell, Dorophy Tang, Hiroki Muraoka, Huang Shiang, J.30000, Kila Cheung, Kohei Ogawa, Kosuke Ajiro, LEEGET, Louis Wong, Miho Tomita, SHON Chen, Yeung Hok Tak and Yukinori Dehara, as well as the furniture installation by Hideyoshi Ohashi and the stoneware artwork of Tetsuya Ishiyama. Part 2 sees some of the artists presenting a new batch of works, consisting of 17 pieces of artworks.
